Be careful when dealing with this company! Call and check stock first before you order any of their products online. Purchased a product online and waited patiently for more than 2 months for my order and was then advised they could not supply. Happily took my money, but had no actual stock. After requesting a refund, it has taken almost 2 weeks for this to happen but only after contacting Pay Pal directly about this ordeal did my refund finally get processed. :(

I was absolutely shocked by their customer service. I have ordered a luggage bag in late June, and I still didn’t get any shipment information about it after a month. And their sales team doesn’t even give any updates to me. this could be one of my worst online shopping experience ever.

My two Samsonite cases were ordered on line for delivery the same week. I later found out that they were not in stock and they could not guarantee delivery for my business trip. They had no problems in cancelling the order and giving me a full refund. Very good service and no vouchers offered. I will order more luggage from this company. Well done, great experience.

No wonder you are going out of business, you have taken my money, but have not provided the product after 3 months. Tried getting a refund, but your bank rejects the PayPal refund. Do you not have enough funds to give me the refund that I am due?

Ordered a Samonsite Firelite on Black Friday sale which came with a custom monogrammed tag. I chased up the order a few weeks later and they said they were waiting for stock to come in and then today I received a refund without any communication, just 1.5 weeks from Xmas. Thanks very much.

I ordered some travel items from them with only 5 days before our flight overseas and when it looked like they were not going to make it in time (Aust Post not these guys) I contacted them, I could not have asked for better support.Eliza was excellent in her communication and guidance, along with her experience of Aust Post over estimating deliver times.Items arrived on time and were of great quality.Happy to recommend and use this business again.

Do not buy from this company.I primarily ordered from this store because of the delivery timelines and secondarily because of the prices. Seems great with a promise of next day delivery and competitive prices, but it appears to me that the way they organise your order is by waiting for their supplier to give them the ordered product (which could take a month or so to be supplied) and then they dispatch.I ordered a product that was listed as in stock, but when I called I got the run-around speech of well I'm not sure if the item was in stock when you ordered it and we are waiting on our supplier". No communication was made to me where the order was at and no compensation for the incredible inconvenience.I requested a refund for the item (as it had not progressed at all in week) and was told that they would need to contact their accountants to issue a refund. The lady on the phone was apologetic and nice

Can you put NO stars. I'm sorry I didn't see the reviews before buying from this company. I can only warn everyone not have any dealings with The Luggage Professionals at all. I have left 2 messages on official site and sent 3 emails and 4 phone calls which were never answered. Buying online once they have your money you never see your product or hear from them again. What an expensive lesson to learn.

Very very very disappointing service from the Luggage Professionals - I'd give 0 stars if I could! I ordered a suitcase online on the 23rd June. The suitcase was listed in stock with 1-2 day delivery guaranteed. When I received no update about the order I sent an email but received no reply. I then phoned and was told the suitcase wasn't it stock but due to arrive at the warehouse the next day and then would be shipped to me. I received the suitcase 10 days after placing the order and they sent the wrong suitcase. So again I phoned, and was told the size of suitcase I ordered was no longer in stock. This then resulted in me having to seal up, print labels and leave the suitcase for a courier to collect - this process of putting the suitcase out each day for collection and bringing it back in each night lasted for 3 days. Once the suitcase was collected, it then took 2 weeks for my refund to be issued. So the whole process took over a month, 38 days, and no suitcase. I ordered the exact same product through Qantas and received it in 2 days without a hiccup. The Luggage Professionals really need to improve their customer service as it was far from professional as their name claims. I would never ever buy from them again!

I ordered a backpack online because the price was cheaper than other stores, however the backpack didn't actually arrive before I left for my holiday. There was little to no communication from them. I called twice, the first time they said they would definitely get it to me and then 1 day before my trip said it wouldn't arrive till the week after. They said they would refund me which I am still waiting for confirmation of. The staff on the phone were very helpful though.
