Visited yesterday and was very impressed. We were looking for meal replacement shakes and were admirably assisted by the staff. Informative, friendly and very knowledgeable the lady was able to explain the various options available, their benefits and disadvantages ( if any ). Her final recommendation is suiting us to a T ". Will definitely visit this pharmacy again."

If only there were ‘0 stars’. I have been a regular customer since this business opened. Pharmacist on duty (Sunday 17/4/22 - 2:17pm); rude, arrogant and condescending. Looking at recent reviews, what has happened to the customer service of staff, particularly, the pharmacists? What staff training is occurring so others can avoid the experience I just had: and so publicly, too. Surely ‘Good Price Pharmacy’ corporate is aware of the overall star rating of this store, for the concerns I have are not too dissimilar to what has been previously reviewed.

Prices are quite a bit more than chemist warehouse. Service is non existent. Over charged me for my scripts. Won't be back.

I was served by the manager himself, I was offered the best customer service. He was educated and willing to help me with everything I ask. I will be back ! Best chemist and great prices , they also price match !

Thumbs up to the wonderful pharmacist. What a pleasure. After getting awful service and rudeness from an arrogant pharmacist at Chempro Q Store, I decided to drive a bit further to Good Price Robina. The staff were welcoming and the pharmacist so kind, caring and pleasant. Within a few moments she took the time to call my GP to get specific instructions, sort out the required script for my grandson and send me on my way with good wishes. This will be my new go to" pharmacy."
