We are builder that builds about 50 homes a year. Can let you know that the customer service of this company is below par. We had an 80-year-old client who ensured a Canberra winter and they simply would not fix the issue because that run out of warranty.We are now encouraging our clients to use Rheem that has an equivalent heatpump product.The customer service is really an embarrassment for for a large company.If you live in Canberra I would encourage you not to use this product.

Glad I made the choice to go with Stiebel Eltron WWK.Had to put it in the garage but it is super quiet, barely even know when it is operating. Highly recommend.

We don't use much electricity, but from the day after our heat pump was installed our daily usage more than halved. Highly recommend.

Purchssed two large units for my Duplex and have had nothing but problems with this product since purchasing. Little or no assistsnce from supplier after 12month warranty expired.Would not recommend they are lemons.Both units now replaced. Discussions with several plumbers confirmed my rating.

We recently had a Stiebel Eltron WWK-302H installed by Harvest Hot Water. We have it running on a 10am - 10pm timer to take advantage of a solar PV system. They system is really quiet and does the job of delivering hot water very well.

As I write this I am desperately waiting to have the 6 month old system fixed. Service man told me motor was failing and that he ordered a new one. It arrived, but then he found that what was sent was incomplete and put in another express order last week for the missing bit - I am still waiting as we continue to take showers hours apart to get a warm one... maybe you should have sent out this questionnaire after my HW system works again and ask me then... UPDATE: Hurrah, it is all fixed and we have hot showers again!

We had a Stiebel Eltron heat pump hot water system installed in our new build near Singleton NSW. Our place is 100% offgrid. We've lived in the house for over 12 months now, and found this system to be absolutely brilliant.It's very quick and highly efficient and quiet running. No matter how many people are in the house, we have never run out of hot water.The company itself has also proven flawless. We had a couple minor problems at first, which the team at Stiebel (and their contractors) took immediate action to remedy without any fuss or inconvenience to us. Highly professional people to deal with. They definitely stand behind their product, and the product performs very much as advertised.

First class service and advice from John M at Stiebel Eltron.He went above and beyond my expectations.Guidance that we needed new digitally controlled DEL13 PLUS unit to replaced our 27 year old basic instant hot water unit that was delivering erratic hot / cold water.He advised on the correct unit and that we had been massively overcharged at $4,510 for the basic one . Replacing the same basic unit did not solve the temperature fluctuation issue as it not cope with the change in water pressure fluctuations in the building.RRP was $955, digital one $1,350.If a plumber charges more than $2,000 to $2,500 installed look elsewhere.John took the trouble to make sure the new plumber was ordering the correct digital unit.Highly recommended that you check with Steibel Eltron on which unit is most suitable and pricing.
