Staff are pleasant and very knowledgeable. Steve in particular went far beyond what I would have expected from him. I did have a couple of queries with the unit I purchased after I had already been using it for some time, the staff always made time to help me out and clarify whatever I needed.

It’s one of the best centre in Perth, staff is amazing. I will always recommend it. They provide good explanation about sleep testing and equipment. Their techs work 24x7 and share expertise whenever required

I have been dealing with Joanne, Steve and the team and cannot fault them. They have supplied me 2 CPAP machines over the years can honestly say their service and support has been excellent. I was close to having my drivers licence withdrawn unless I started using a CPAP machine - this has changed my life - ask my partner :-) Thanks guys.

Very scary finding out you have severe apnea but all the staff here are compassionate and have helped ease the fears. I am confident they helped me find the best equipment to suit my needs and highly recommended them to anyone who isn’t sleeping.The test equipment and all the rooms smell of eucalyptus, very clean and hygienic. I know they are a call away if I ever need assistance or have a query.Top marks for knowledge, customer service and for walking beside me in my journey. Thanks to you all.

1. Had to ask multiple times for my results to get sent back to my doctor.2. Certain staff member became very rude and aggressive when said i was interested in getting surgery to help solve my snoring problem and to go as far as to lie and started to swear.3. Way to overpriced and when told I found another clinic that is cheaper and offers the same service and machine, I was told I won't receive the same care and I'm wasting time and money and started again to be be aggressive.Wouldn't recommend and there is better places out there.

I have had nothing but excellent service from these guys. The offices are indeed clean, they are NOT dirty. The staff is incredibly friendly and so happy to help you when ever you need it. My sleep test had issues and they wired me up themselves at no lay out from me. I was told I had severe sleep apnea and this was backed up by the monitors at King Edwars after an operation I had not long after the test where my oxygen alarm kept going off due to my poor oxygen when I sleep. At the moment I am doing a cpap trial and have never felt so good. I have more concentration, I sleep better and my husband has noticed the difference. When they tell you there is an issue with sleep apnea and your licence, THIS IS NOT MADE UP and can be confirmed by your GP and the transport department. These guys really are magnificent. Yes the machines are not cheap but you do get a payment option which is worth the money. If you snore, sleep during the day or are exhausted all the time then please please please see Steve and his amazing staff. They really are amazing. I've only been on it a week and already my life has changed. These guys are worth the time and effort.

Great service to begin with until it’s time to buy their machines! Young ladies on the counter were great, however the “sleep therapists” and what I think was the owner/manager became saleswomen! Felt like I was at a car dealership with the aggressive sales style.Was threatened multiple times with laws and responsibility, once the trial period ends they no longer care about your situation, only trying to sell their stock (must be commissioned base). The fact these people can still be in business gobsmacks me. Even once I advised that I had taken my treatment elsewhere at a better cost ($2500 on the spot for a CPAP machine) they still would not let up and we’re extremely aggressive and condescending as I walked out.If your Gp refers you for a sleep test, avoid this group at all costs. I cannot stress this enough!

My Husband has been a client for several years now. Nothing but fantastic service from the first appointment. Helpful in finding the right machine, mask etc, and follow up appointments.

I have been attending this sleep clinic for more than 18 months now. The staff are all extremely friendly and have all helped me from my sleep study through to the management of my sleep apnea. I can not speak my highly enough of every experience I have had here and would hands down recommend them to anyone else experiencing sleep issues.I am a young active woman with no weight or significant health issues and yet was diagnosed with moderate apnea. Since receiving treatment I have managed to come of most of my prescription medication and my health has improved significantly. If your in doubt get a sleep study done even if you do not fit the “typical” apnea patient description.
