Worst service EVER!!!! Children running this business and when asked “how do you run out of Chicken keep in mind KFC…. @ 8:45pm the girls answer was…. We’ve run out for the week so our chicken order is coming in tomorrow!!!!!”Get proper staff with customer service skills and send your student staff to proper customer service courses so they know how to interact and deal with customer queries…KFC at its WORST!!!! Miranda on The Kingsway Miranda…. Go elsewhere for a true KFC experience

II ordered via self order matching at Miranda shopping mall in NSW 1:00 pm 2/2 and it’s charged $11.20 but food didn’t come, after I asked staff there and manager says didn’t see my name in the system, waste my time waiting for food . After that the manager still didn’t give me food that I ordered, weird thing he asked me order food again if I want to eat and I paid different card that I m afraid charge me again and don’t give me food. I straight away to bank check and yes kfc has charged me 11.20 at that time and don’t give me food. Now I end up pay twice to get my meal ?? So annoying and unhappy now definitely not go back again and order any

THE MOST DIGUSTING KFC RESTAURANT! I was there today went to the bathroom no toilet paper and smelt like they hadn't been cleaned for 1 week.Then I ordered my food requested fresh chips so they put fresh chips in one meal and in the other cold stale chips also got my order wrong and gave a stale burger which had been sitting on the shelf for 1 hour.Just fowl........

I’m surprised that the KFC food quality standards were missing when I ordered takeaway. (Un)fresh food if you ask me. Had to throw them in rubbish half way through. Pls wipe soft drink cans with disinfectant. May be the fridge needs a thorough clean as well.Order 304 (Rajesh N) Date 3 Jan 2023

Filled up box $5Mountain Dew freeze $1That’s a good deal to have afternoon snacks.Chicken was amazing as usual, finger licking good , and drink was perfect for hot weather.Service was ok, you know what to get when you come and purchasing KFC,No complaints here.

i received excellent service at this establishment from an employee by the name of Claire, i was then given my food by a girl named Kataya, and she made sure no space was left empty in my go bucketgive both of these employees a raise they were excellent
