dusk Lake Haven

Always a standard on dusk shops . Good service.

Having late last year moved back to the area after years away have fallen in luv with this shop things in it are divine but the service & helpfulness is really good such an pleasure to go into the lake haven store

Came to this store to buy a candle that came out on Monday the 1st of august of my mothers birthday. I got to lakehaven around 1:30pm and noticed it was shut, which is fine as I understand being 1 person in the store for a break. The sign said “be back in 15mins”. I come back 15 minutes later to see now another sign saying “be back at 2:50pm”. Considering that was my last thing I needed to do at lakehaven, I am quite frustrated that I now have to wait another 50 minutes just to buy 1 candle. I don’t really understand why the store needs to be shut for more than a hour? How are you supposed to get sales of you are shut for so long. Waste of time.

Chloe at the Lake haven store was so lovely and helpful and it was a delight to go into the store to a beautiful atmosphere and a wonderful store. Amazing work to the ladies at Dusk today !

I got a 3 wick soy candle for Christmas and I’ve noticed the wick is to thin and doesn’t burn properly keeps going out

I had a candle lighter which wouldn't work. I took it back to Dusk and it was replaced without a big fight. The staff are always so helpful. Sock is always presented well.
