Cleanaway Milton Corporate Office

We have recently ended our contract with Cleanaway due to continual disruptions to our services and a complete disregard for the terms of our contract; including specified days and times for emptying our bins. We 100% were understanding when staff shortages were to blame for the ongoing issues but unfortunately I cannot allow a driver to be rude to my staff and outright tell us he refuses to empty in the hours specified. Our new account Manager (Amy), has been great however she has continually been let down by the accounts team overcharging, charging for forgotten services etc.
