If I could rate 0 I would. Having solar panels installed has been the most frustrating experience. Shop around before you settle on Solartech. Communication is less than terrible, their relationship with Ergon is non existent and at the end of the day as the customer, you’re worth nothing after you’ve paid for the solar panels. If I was promised my money back, I’d have the panels ripped off today and go back to paying a normal bill

Have been wanting solar for sometime, rang and received a number of quotes but Solartech, were the only company that made it easy and understood my requirements, ( no pressure to sign up), installation was quick and nothing was a hassle, they even did a follow up call a few days after the job was done, unable to fault.

Very bad service, not responding for months, even after 3 months, worst service, i never had such worst service from any dealers/ supplier. This is about solar tech in Thrissur, Mulamthiruthi, Kerala

Had solar panels, inverter and battery installed 3 years ago. Seemed fine at the time, but they failed to pick up storm damage and when it was detected by another solar contractor 18 months later as well as a non compliant installation issue, it's been like pulling teeth getting support. The admin ladies have been as helpful as they can but are seriously inhibited by the main guy who I won't name who doesn't answer calls, texts and emails. It's been disappointing and frustrating, don't bother with this ot. I've also found out our battery was recalled and they didn't make us aware. Even Solarhart direct have been useless.

Would not recommend!! We decided to go with them because of the ‘Solarhart’ brand but have had terrible service. Once you sign communication is non existent and when you call they are rude. Still have not installed our solar system and are coming back for a third time to maybe finish it. They never call you back. I recommend you go somewhere that want your business and know how to treat customers, not here.
