I went to the clinic with a painful shoulder and Bella immediately diagnosed a rotator cuff injury and treated my shoulder over a two week period and gave me thero-band exercises which quickly rehabilitated the shoulder. She is gentle and softly spoken and engenders a quiet professionalism which I found reassuring during my treatment. A very pleasant and successful experience.

Excellent professional advice and treatment which focused initially on relieving my pain and this was followed by ongoing treatment and exercises to ensure that I remain pain free and address the issue which was has been causing the problem with my neck and shoulder area. I highly recommend Vitali.

Bella and Vitali were great! They helped me recover from my achilles heel and lower calf injury after an accident. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. They also gave me useful rehab exercises to do at home and checked on my progress regularly. Overall, they were excellent and I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a physio who knows their stuff and genuinely cares about your recovery.

My 16yo daughter swims 30-40km a week and was constantly getting pain in her shoulder. Vitali did a great job diagnosing, fixing and strengthening her ‘swimmers shoulder’. My wife has experienced ongoing issues with her knee, including a recent knee dislocation. She consulted Vitali recently as part of rehabilitation efforts. Vitali is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem, and offer solutions to help prevent long term issues. He is very careful and methodological in his approach offering options as well for at home exercises to keep rehabilitation on track. Highly recommend.

Vitali completely healed the pain I had from my poor posture. With his aid I was able to begin correcting it comfortably which was something I did not think possible. This practise is extremely accommodating and convenient. The exercises I was given were simple yet effective. Highly highly recommend.
