Such a rude Ast. Manager Tash…. We bought 7 items a day ago and came back to exchange one of them as i mistakenly bought the exact same track pants that i already had in my wardrobe. We were being told that exchanges are possible within 30 days and we were there the very next day for exchange. The Asst Manager didn't even let us speak and we felt so insulted as if we were committing some crime..whereas the sales assistant who assisted us on the day of purchase was there, accepting her mistake that she conveyed the wrong msg, but still Tash( ASM) was there with angry face and kept saying NO we cannot do anything on this, you will have to take it back.Miscommunication can happen and we are not fighting on that. The sales assistant made a mistake in communicating and that is okay. But Ast. Manager talking and handling the situation like that when we were so polite standing on the other end, okay with whatever solution could be offered, made us feel really embarrassed.Really bad experience.

What a awful service Faulty shoes no return only been 2 months old .staff no helpful . Staff told we don't return or refund and said we are not the the Adidas outlet we are third party who sells Adidas. Tell me to go online and ring customer care .one of the worst thing me and my friend felt very disrespected when one of the girl named tash was calling security on us while i was talking to alex (manager)and she said further ,,we don't get paid enough to listen to people like you. I didn't swear yelled or damaged anything in the store .I will make sure i wont buy from here .regretful purchase"
