They diagnosed a fault over the phone and attended to repair it, stated they would do it on warranty (since they'd installed it a year before). They wouldn't tell me how much it would cost if it wasn't under warranty. I proceeded to sign their worksheet.Several days later, they contact me to make payment, stating they wouldn't cover the work. They sent a picture of the signed worksheet with the word 'gecko' photoshopped into it. No apologies made. They also charged for attending the site to diagnose the work, which they never did. They stated that since I had signed the worksheet, I agreed to all the costs of the work, but also stated that they could add whatever they liked to the worksheet it if it suited them.They did drop the diagnosis charge from the invoice after we sent a formal complaint, but we were still worse off almost $500 for work they wouldn't even quote us for when asked.I won't use them again.

Excellent service and great price, very good value for money and Victor and his staff are very professional. They have installed 3 different units for me.

The word summit by definition means the peak or top....everything this company is not! lack of communication (no calling card or service report), to the A/C unit failing again whilst being used for the third time after repairs less than a week after. Only used these clowns because they were the warranty service agent for my brand of unit. not going to waste my time trying to get these idiots out once again to attempt to fix the unit....another company will be replacing it
