Big thank you to Katie, superstar in customer service!I had a package to return though Amazon, there was a fault with the label so I could not send it. Katie was extremely helpful and even rang them on my behalf. She followed up with me later in the day and told me action I needed to take to remedy the situation.Service like this is so rare these days. Most other people would put issues like this in the too hard basket.

Geelong Soul Pattinson Pharmacy is without doubt clean,friendly,professional,helpful pharmacy's in Geelong.Staff are polite the pharmacist's are knowledgeable and I'm always treated with respect.Well stocked with gift items or a cheeky lolly or chocolate snack.

Unhelpful and rude staff. They lack empathy and are incredibly slow. Regularly don’t have a compounding pharmacist on which really defeats the purpose of a compounding pharmacy. The only pros are their location and hours.

Really friendly, personable, diligent and informative pharmacists and a general great vibe from the entire pharmacy. Hours of operation are really handy and a good variety of products they sell. I go out of my way to come to this pharmacy every time.

Why do I have to wait 15-20 minutes when there’s no que? I can see that the pharmacist has bought out my medication but I don’t understand why I have to wait? It’s really frustrating everytime when I have to get my medication right before my doctors appointment

Definitely recommend this pharmacy, after lots of issues with local compounding pharmacies where I live, I have been getting my compounding scripts posted from soul pattinson for years and they are always incredibly quick and friendly!
