Wonderful experience at Bupa Dental Parramatta. Vandana and Cohen at the reception were courteous and helpful. This is my second dental treatment with Dr Rita and it has been a very efficient process. Dr Rita takes ample time to explain the procedure prior, to help ease my anxiety and ensures good quality work each time. I am impressed with the clinic, staff, time and quality effort provided which makes me feel valued as a customer. Thank you Team

Hi, I joined Parramatta Bupa Dental over a year ago. During that time I have had numerous procedures and found the staff to be friendly, flexible. Dr Rita Khosla explains in detail the procedure before starting. I have found her to be gentle, professional and an excellent dentist who I highly recommend. Regards Susan

Their doctors are good and its easy to get appointment. The place is clean and maintained. However when you book for first time they keep a deposit. When you leave the place for a new dentist, they don’t return the deposit. Which is a bad practice on their side, though the amount is small.Edit: After this review, their team contacted and returned the deposit. Hence increasing one star.

Great service. Dr. Kiarash has very light hands. I mean, there's no pain. I have very low pain tolerance so it was a relief when I didn't feel pain, well, very very minimal like sensitivity, but all in all, he's been great.

Great dentist ! Receptionist Dyana is very kind and I felt comfortable in this practice. I hate the dentist as a lot of people do but I really enjoyed my experience here.

Excellent Reception.Responsible tracking and steps to make sure they get the details of you everytime you visit which helps in this pandemic situation.No waiting time if there is an appointment.Warm ambience.Good safety measures.Good explanation and education about what is the problem and what they are going to do .Great communication of what is the cost and what would be our out of pocket.Special mention :I removed by Wisdom teeth recently .As it was a bit complex procedure and requires a bit of tear, but Dr Alvin was marvellous in the whole procedure. Zero pain in whole process and excellent recovery.

First visit to the dentist in years, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They followed all the covid procedures and felt safe visiting. Booked in for another visit in 6 months.

I had treatment between Nov 2022 to Jan 2023.The experience was not very happy, so I tried a different clinic. It turns out after only half a year since treatment, all of the fillings I got from Bupa Dental Parramatta have cracks or holes. They should last 8-10 years, not 0.5.

Lovely staff here however I am very disappointed with the work I had done. I had 2 fillings and was told I would need a crown on the left side of my mouth. One filling ended up having a very sharp edge 2 weeks after completion and the other has the same after 4 months.I had a full set of xrays and an exam here in January and yesterday (only 5 months later) one of my teeth on the right side broke off which I just had fixed with a filling at a different dentist. After a full exam the issue with this tooth wasn't located by Bupa Dental. I wasted my health care allowance here and am now out of pocket for todays filling, I won't be coming back here.
