Thanks for looking after little Harry today. He looks absolutely gorgeous after his grooming appointment this morning.

Despite the negative reviews we brought our mini Labradoodle in for a groom late 2022. The staff have been wonderful, have done a phenomenal job and our dog always runs up to the door when we walk past on our walks. Staff have been kind and always ensured that they left our dog with the desired shape/style. We are very happy with their service and happy we gave this business a try. We are repeat customers as it is important to support local businesses. We are saddened to have read the negative experiences of other customers. We haven't dealt with any issues- despite having an insanely excited dog. Thank you for your work! Our cheeky dog loves getting groomed at your salon.

I wish I could give zero stars but I cannot. I also cannot express how unprofessional these people turned out to be. My wife and I got a call today after dropping off our little dog for grooming, saying that she had 'got out'. 'Somehow' she got out the FRONT DOOR of the salon, and it would appear that she was loose in the shop with no collar on, and they don't have a double gate system to stop the dogs getting out.They chased her down the street, and she ran about 1.5km away where she was eventually found in the bush behind someone's property. Thank goodness. She's a timid little thing and may not have survived the night.I understand that accidents do happen, but they are much less likely to happen when you run your business properly. Hope they take this incident on board and get it RIGHT.PS the owner has given his own 5 star review which is totally inappropriate.

Absolutely top notch service at a very reasonable price. My babies came back happy, and beautifully clean,fresh and soft. Highly recommended!! I will be telling everyone about Cheeky Clips because I have never received such fabulous service!

New ownership turned out to be very unprofessional, we’ve been taking our dogs there for 2-3 years before the new owners and never had an issue.Our dogs were kept inside last time for 6-7h, because of their poor management, every time we got a new excuse. We decided to give them another chance since they’re just new and booked 2-3 weeks in advance to be told again that the dogs would’ve had to been there from 9 to 3pm. She insisted to keep the dogs there again for that long!!! The place already had so many dogs inside.This lady can’t handle her business and kept trying to give us excuses after excuses, being honest with your clients goes a long way.We ended up walking out because she can’t be trusted and quite frankly she sounded crazy and I wouldn’t want her anywhere near our dogs.Do not take bookings if you can’t handle your business, be honest with your clients and don’t mess them around. She seems to have a lot of personal issues she’s bringing into her business, I won’t take our dogs there again which is very sad.

My dogs come back from here so clean and fluff free. Will be continuuing to bring them back

My dog Millie loves going to Jamie for some pampering and a play date with Jamie’s fur babies. She always comes back looking and smelling fabulous!

Very competitive pricing compared to groomers I’ve used in the past. They did a great job on our two dogs. We will continue to return as customers and would recommend to friends.
