Tom and his team went 'beyond the call' to fulfill our requirements for an art project - an usual cutting order which most other co's were unable to do for us. They delivered on time and on budget, despite some difficulties sourcing materials. Excellent customer service, very happy with the final product, would highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to work with Tom on my recent project. We got a quick reply to our online quote request, which was very reasonable, and communication was always in a timely manner and helpful/friendly. The project evolved whilst our pieces were being cut and V&R Laser Services was able to easily accommodate this by trimming extra pieces for me without a delay to the delivery timeline. When delivered, all items were well packaged, accurately cut and of a very high standard, including a quite intricate monogram in 3mm ply. Tom and the guys were very prompt and easy to deal with. I came to them with a logo that was not in the right format, nor size and they were able to redesign and reformat it to produce a stencil quickly and easily. The pricing is very fair for the speed and quality of service and product.

Responsive, prompt, and did a great job. My project wasn't exactly a complex or high value one, just few cuts out of one small sheet of acrylic, in a design that I had already prepared, but unlike the other 4 laser cutting crowds that I sent enquiries to who never even bothered responding to me, Tom was quick to get me what I needed. If I ever need a small one-off cutting job again, he'll be my first port of call.

I found Vector & Raster Laser after ringing around to several other companies. It turns out there aren't so many people happy to engrave on leather.After contacting Tom, and sorting out the detail required for my job to be completed, I got to work and sent him the four leather belts that had been made for my wedding.The belts looked even better than I had expected. Thank's Tom for the time, effort, and suggestions that resulted in happy groom's men and groom.Now I know how easy it is to get work done through you, I'll certainly be sending more if I need any in the future, and highly recommending you to anyone I know.
