IB Homes built two town houses for my brother and I. They were easy to deal with and were available for a phone call or an email, we had a whatsapp group so it was easy to send through pictures and stuff if we had any questions for them. We sorted out all the details before the contracts were signed, so there were no surprises. All the specs of fitting and items such as carpets and tiles specified early on so we knew where we stood in terms of spec and price. When it came time to pick the colours and fittings we went to the show room with the family, They were very accommodating, having my daughter running around and such. They laid out the options for fittings based on our contract. We made a couple upgrades with only a nominal increase in cost due to the upgrade, for example we upgraded the carpets to a nicer type. if we were to build again the future, i would call them for sure, i know what to expect and the process was pretty easy.

IB Homes built my project in Mill Park within the specified time frame and to budget. The quality of the finish was fantastic.I look forward to working with them on my next project!Billy
