We lost all water from bore which required full assessment and subsequent replacement. The guys got everything up and running again same day sourcing replacement parts, repair and testing for bore. We had empty tank and were facing bottled water and no showers , bucketing water to toilet etc. The plumber and electricians basically worked right through till 7pm to make sure we had water again - can do attitude, polite and professional. 5 star effort.

I have been dealing with this company for over 12 months now, they are always prompt, reliable and willing to go above and beyond. Richard is amazing and knowledgeable at what he does and always willing to help where possible. Amy and the office staff are friendly, polite and nothing is ever to much trouble for them. The guys are efficient and clean up after themselves plus provide a full report on any issues to have any matter solved straight away. I wouldn't use any other company!

Cody attended my property to fix a water main leak. He was on time, friendly and very efficient. He explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. After phoning and leaving messages to 24/7 plumbers, Tap & Drain Dr NT were the only company who answered the phone and were at my premises within 20 minutes. Excellent service from initial contact to job completion.I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.They went above and beyond and I am very grateful for their compassion and professionalism.

Shower in our motorhome has been working on and off for a long time no caravan repair places up here in Darwin could see us for 4 to 6 weeks. Rang this company said they will find someone to come out to us.The service man named Chris met us and sorted out our issue very quickly and repaired for us. Chris was a very pleasant knowledgeable man that also offered us advice on our hot water system we are also having problems with. Well done and thanks Chris
