Efficient Air

I have used Efficient Air for the replacement of my ducted heating and installation of an a/c unit. Richard has been instrumental in providing best advice and recommendations. Both jobs were completed in the shortest time between quotes and installations. Touch-ups were dealt with immediately. Kelly from the office is amazing! They live up to their name, very EFFICIENT indeed! Highly recommended!!

Was recommended to me by a local builder, and I was not disappointed. Richard came round and did a comprehensive review of my options, and we settled on 4 x Daikin 2.5kW Multi Zena Series for the bedrooms, with 2 x 5KW Multi Head Outdoor Units. Due to Daikin stock issues, we split the job across 2 visits, and Kelly was great in keeping me up to date with delivery times and progress. Installers were also first rate. We had Jarryd and Brian for the first visit, Shaun and Brian for the second. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job with very clean, neat install - I would recommend them and will continue to use them for servicing

Big thanks to the team for installing our new electric pump ducted air system, the house is the warmest it's been for ages! Special shout out to Justin who stayed back late and helped work through an issue, he was really helpful, explained everything and we could tell he really cared about making sure we were 100% happy, top bloke!

Efficient Air were recommended to us. We were looking for a brand new split AC system installed as well as replacements of the underfloor ductwork.I made a request to them via their website Sunday evening and had a response first thing Monday from Richard. After a detailed discussion, quote made, we accepted. A visit was made within a few days and all ok with a plan to commence work the week after.Two young guys arrived on time, carried out the work of duct replacement in a very professional and courteous manner. Excellent service.Split unit and condenser unit was next installed, on time and again, very professional.I highly recommend Efficient Air to anyone looking for a heating/cooling solution who value a quality service, products and the comfort and peace of mind of the right solution. They provided a quality service throughout the whole process. Great to see a whole company taking pride in their work.

Got these guys in the replace our gas ducted heating ducts.Richard was very responsive and honest throughout the whole process. Re-did the whole duct design and now I have great airflow all around the house.Boys were on time, polite and did great clean work. Finished the job really quickly. Highly recommend.
