Not happy with Tammy as a previous property manager. She did not do much to be honest other than just being a property manager under her signature emails. If it was not for Diana who has now left and Currently Jane as the asistant and has done an amazing job btw, nothing would have been done.

I have been a tenant with Living Property Management Springfield for almost 7 years and would highly recommend them as agents.They have been incredible to deal with, very efficient with requests and great with communication.I always felt well support and listened to, which is not often given to the tenants.I will miss my amazing property managers a lot!

Shelby completed our entry condition report after another agent only sent through 20 photos of our entire house before the tenant moved in. Shelby then submitted 9 pages of written comments and 520 photos. Very thorough and detailed. We appreciate her expert knowledge and how she has guided us. So grateful!

Tammy and the team at Living PM deserve more than 5 stars if we could. Always sorted any issue out at our previous property within a day or two of us notifying them of the issue.Tammy even went above and beyond to help us find and secure a property when we moved to a new property
