Providence Barn is worth all 5 stars for sure. Everywhere one looked there was something of beauty and peace both inside and outside. There were so many little extras that it is easy to see Sarah has an amazing gift in blessing her guests. Because the weather was not so pleasant the fire was lit and the place warm. There are books, magazines and a coffee machine and many pamphlets of local places to visit in the beautiful countryside but one could just stay inside enjoying the views and the warmth. Very restful and we certainly intend to return.

We held a songwriting retreat at Providence Barn and were blown away by the facilities, surroundings and hospitality. It was perfect for our long days and quiet nights. I recommend this to couples, families and friends alike!

Providence Barn
The Providence Barn is one of the special places, where 5 stars is not enough. If it's available for you to book, don't hesitate. The photos do not do it justice. We stayed several nights, 2 couples, and it is not just a place to stay, but a whole experience. It is spacious with decor that is both stunningly professional and wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was super equipped with goodies; throws on the couches, super comfortable beds; spotlessly clean; excellent hosting; toasty warm log fire; fresh flowers, and all central to the Yarra Valley smorgasbord of attractions.

Incredible place, incredible people, incredible all round! Sarah & Julian were so hospitable and caring. I needed a place to rest after a difficult family time, I could not write more highly of everything about Providence Barn and the hosts. The details in the way the fresh flowers were arranged, the warm bathroom floor and the fire was on ready for me as I arrived. Little gifts of chocolate and bread too. Nothing was left spared, every detail so lovingly shared, it felt like they knew exactly what I needed! You will not be disappointed with this place, never have I stayed at somewhere so relaxing and peaceful! Ill be back again and again! Thank you!

The Providence Barn is set in beautiful tranquil surrounds. The accommodation is just beautiful and so comfy. Sarah and Julian are wonderful hosts who have great attention to detail. The Providence Barn will not disappoint.
