We have been using Scott and the crew at Matterhorn for years. They always do a great job, the team in the office are always super friendly, you know the job will always be done right, highly recommend their services.

Have used them from day one. Very professional outfit. They have always provided a good and prompt service.Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable .They always provide a competive quote before any work is done.Have recommended them to others and no complaints.

A pathetic company.I had my commercial refrigerator leaking and after 4 charged visits their inexperienced technicians, were still unable to resolve the issue. Most of their engineers are untrained. They offer no service guarantee and have little knowledge of their trade.I ended up paying $500 for a fault they were unable to fix . On top of it they are arrogant and bill you at their terms and conditions without clarifying the payment termsDo not recommend doing business with them ever .Highly frustrated with dealing with them . You end up paying and having your instruments tampered with different folks who do not internally communicate with each other and just want to make “visits “ to claim the charges.Completely non professional and rude in their approach. Do not have any mechanisms for taking customer feedback and are arrogant. Do not listen to feedback either and have a stubborn approach.

Got Scott down to my facility to look at my ice bath and i have to say he most definitely went above and beyond in helping me fix my system. I am very thankful for his professionalism and attitude towards getting me the best possible outcome. Would most definitely recommend Matterhorn to anyone who needs a quality and reliable fridgie
