Nice rooms, quiet location, walking distance to the middle of town, friendly management.

Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds! Stayed for a few nights, staff are down to earth, super helpful and dedicated to customer service!

The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and the single beds are large.The parking is not allocated and its first in gets the best spot. Parking is not undercover and the spots are not overly wide. The internet is fast but only available for the first device that is linked with no ability to change devices so make sure you choose the most necessary phone or laptop to link.

When we arrived to Inverell we quickly stopped into this motel to check on pricing as it was close to our families house. My partner went in and spoke to the man at the counter who was very rude and obnoxious. He said “$185 a night” my partner just asked the question of “is that the lowest rate” to which the response was “I can make it $195” VERY RUDE!I then remember I had enquired earlier in the week and received a response to which I did not open as it was in my junk folder. The quote on this said $175 a night. I went in and mentioned that I had received this quote and got told. “He just came in here and I told him $185 a night, you can leave if it is not good enough”I can’t understand why you would put something in writing yet still be rude when a “customer” asks a question.Absolutely DISGUSTING service.The way that he looked at my partner was very judgemental and made me question if it was due to my partner’s ethnicity.Would NOT recommend this place to stay.

Just a quick note regarding the review below from IC?? Supposed real name?? Trying to book a room. We have made numerous attempts through Google to have this removed. Firstly when this IC? rang at 10.30PM we were met with a slurred incoherent how much is a room?" No introduction as to who we were speaking to

We arrived around 7pm. I asked the manager about room service and he said it was closed. I was very disappointed as their ad on Wotif states This motel features a bar/lounge

Stayed for two nights. Hosts are really down to Earth and have a great sense of Aussie humour. Very helpful about the local area. The rooms when entering for the first time hit you with just how clean, fresh, and accommodating they are. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms were properly cleaned every day and room service was available for breakfast and dinner. The food was a a bargain and delicious. A minibar fridge/basket filled with a lot of snacks and drinks. Lovely BIG breakfast. Quiet, Clean, Roomy and comfortable. A really convenient location. This was the best country motel we've ever stayed in. Well done! Highly recommended.

Highly recommended - clean, quaint, old school hospitality, simple style (not dated). No microwave in the room but the owner/ managers will heat for you and bring you all the cutlery etc you need. Pillows could be more comfortable.

Our employees have been staying at this fantastic, lovely Motor Lodge for years now. Both Annie and Steve make you feel like you are at home away from home from the get-go. Once you walk into these lovely rooms you immediately notice the comfy beds dressed with large fluffy pillows and very well presented quilts, an accomodating warmth- which is very important as all of our employees are Queenslanders- and a minibar fridge/basket filled with many goodies. Our company swear by this amazing stay and recommend for all to try this great place. You will not be disappointed!
