Very honest service, super fast - had shattered my iPhone screen and even was nice enough to give me a free glass cover that I was going to ask to pay for. Highly recommended and I rarely recommend anyone.

Highly recommend this store. Outstanding customer service and very high quality repair. My phones were in a pretty rough state and they have been fixed beyond my expectation. Very conveniently located and best price around! :)

I smashed my Z3 mobile phone screen in a motorcycle accident and I came to this store to have the screen replaced. The owner called the Sony supplier and told me that the cost of the new screen would be costly from Sony but that she had a second supplier she described as her 'Chinese friend' who could do it for significantly less. I paid the asking price and had the screen repaired. After taking the phone home I find that the screen is incredibly inferior to the panel originally in my Z3 and on top of this it had a bright (stuck) pixel. I was not told that the screen from the 'second' supplier was not a genuine Sony part. I assumed the difference in price was the difference between buying a replacement part here in Australia from the Melbourne store versus buying it from an insider in China directly from the factory. If the part isn't genuine I would expect that to be informed of this when making my purchasing decision.A few weeks later the phone screen cracks. I used it to make a phone call and placed the phone back on my desk. Several hours later my phone rang again and I picked it up to answer, but I was unable to do so as the screen no longer works. This is when I discovered that the screen was critically damaged.I went back to the store to try to work something out, either a repair or a refund. Under Australian law the store was liable as there is a 'reasonable expectation of quality' implicit in this sale. The store owner refused to accept any responsibility, claiming that because the screen was cracked that I must have dropped the phone. She pointed to damage on the phone frame as evidence of the impact, however this was damage from when I previously damaged the phone coming off my motorcycle (which she knew as she did the original repair). The original Sony screen was very high quality and durable glass, while the replacement screen was not. I don't even think it was tempered glass as these screens usually have the oil proof coating on them, which this screen didn't have. However the owner simply told me that if I want something done about this I can take her to court otherwise I'm out of luck because she'll just say that it's been damaged as a result of impact damage and get out of her legal responsibilities. Perhaps the screen cracked when I placed my phone on the desk, but I did just that - place it on the desk. I didn't slam it. I didn't drop it. I just put it down, which is an everyday part of the phone's function and if this caused it to break then this does not fulfill the 'reasonable expectation of quality' clause as detailed in Australian consumer law. It's entirely unfeasible to expect me to take her to court to receive what I'm entitled to under the law for only $190 dollars considering the number of man hours required in this process. This is what shady operators like this business rely on to make sure they take your money and then they keep it regardless of the outcome. I hope this review provides some warning to anyone who want's to do business with this store.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I've added this edit in response to the owners ignorant reply.1. You did not tell me this was not an original part you were using for the repair. The screen you provided me was very noticeably of worse quality than the original. This alone qualifies me for a refund as per the definition of a major problem under the law it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it".2. The screen had a stuck pixel. This also should have entitled me to at least a replacement screen or refund at your discretion.3. The phone was not dropped or otherwise mistreated in anyway during the period of time between phone calls as stated above. You say that screens don't magically break

Honest advice and service. I went in to have the charging port of my iphone 5 fixed and Maricel very helpfully explained to me that in this case, while the port could be easily repaired, it was likely to lead to additional issues with the phone that would be worse than the current problem. I place great value on such honest and selfless advice.

Marcel was knowledgeable and professional. Was able to get my Nexus 5 screen replaced in a couple of hours at a very fair price.Would highly recommend to anyone that is unfortunate enough to smash their phone or tablet screen!

Went with dead screen and Marcel was very good to check and fix it in reasonable price. The problem did occur again and she fixed it without any charge, as she provides 3 months warranty for the work and parts... so good. like to recommend to my friends.

I cannot speak high enough of the service I received. The battery on my daughters phone wasn't working and she replaced it and we then found out the charger connection wasn't working and then the microphone. Every time she did what ever she could do to get the phone fixed for minimal cost. Highly recommend I Fix Mobile Phone" in Annerley."

The owner of this business Marci is fantastic at what she does. Like it says on the box - she fixes mobile phones, and in my experience this is the perfect name for this business. I have been a customer for many years now and Marci delivers on her word almost every single time. Personally I think she's magic ;-)

Got my screen fixed a few months ago. Fine, everything working well. Went to apple today to get a new battery for my phone, under warranty, and they inform me that because I've had the screen fixed by someone other than them, my warranty is void, and they cannot even service it for a price.I called this business to ask why I wasn't told I was voiding my warranty, and got told that I was informed it was a 'no warranty fix'. To me, 'no warranty fix' means its not covered by my warranty, not that I am voiding the ENTIRE warranty by having the service done. BEWARE.
