It seems like there are rave reviews for other stylists at this salon however I had a bad experience with my stylist Lauren. I went in to get my blonde hair refreshed with full foils and a light root smudge. Lauren dyed a 2-3” section of my roots red instead of giving me the look of blending my natural hair colour with the blonde.She was surprised I pointed out it was red (it was so red!!) and offered to try and amend by going over it with a tint which left my hair looking like it did before I came into the salon with long dark regrowth but with a tint of ted.They offered a follow up session to fix which I am grateful for because l was devastated and cried when I got home. I went in a few days later and still overall the final product really wasn’t worth the expensive price tag. The highlights are clumsily done in places, leave massive gaps when I tie my hair up and no matter how many rounds of purple shampoo I am still left with red tones on top of my hair.I’ve given it time to write this review, but it’s been weeks since my appointment and I’m still very unhappy and sadly don’t have the money to go to another salon to fix it.The process also took from 9am - 2:30pm which definitely felt longer than necessary. At times I was left in the chair with half the foils on whilst my stylist disappeared chatting to other people or starting on another client which left me worried half my head was going to be more developed than others. Also I didn’t feel this made the appointment very time efficient!Lauren didn’t want to cut my hair how I wanted it off the basis I didn’t know how to style it (I’ve since purchased styling tools, easy peasy!). As well as a cr*ppy dye job, I’m left with a haircut which isn’t really what I wanted either.It’s a really big shame and I’m sorry to leave this review, I’m just pretty dissapointed as I’d been saving and looking forward to having my hair cut and coloured for months but ended up going home and crying after dropping $400+ at this salon.

Lauren - I can not thank you enough. I got a full head of highlights and a cut, and I am so so so happy with it! All of the staff are happy to help, radiating joy and creating a safe space. Lauren holds an effortless skill in communicating the exact style or colour you are after. I could not reccomend this place anymore!! Thank you Lauren, you know you are a queen xx

I have never had so many compliments on my hair. Genuinely ecstatic with the result. Jack is a hair God. The best cut I have ever had, the best colour I have ever had and the price was under $400 for the best result I have ever had. Thanks Jack.

I have been going to Lauren for a long while now had cuts, color and keratin done. She always gets my hair to exact way I want it to be! Best, smoothest long lasting keratin I’ve ever had and the perfect color that I had in mind. Really recommend!

Jack advised on the best way to correct my colour. I am extremely happy with the result. Jack obviously is very professional, offering suggestions and taking time to do a perfect cut. I had colour, cut, blow dry and treatment.

I’ve been seeing Travis for the last 2-3 years and have never been disappointed. I have long hair and used to get charged astronomical amounts because of this but Royals didn’t do this and i applaud them for that. I get a basic wash, cut and blow dry and we always have fun & Im always given honest advice about products I should or shouldn’t use. Highly recommend! X
