Wow delicious food when you dine in. Super friendly staff both at counter and waiter.Juicy chicken.Wow it was amazing.The halloumi chicken wrap was clean and fresh.Coleslaw is refreshing.Chips also taste clean and the spices were just enough.The photos of this place was empty coz we got there before 6pm on a Friday. But then around 6.30pm - heaps of people came in to eat.Popular place. Most tables are taken. And yeah good vibes.

Ordered Nando's for the first time online from this store and not only did they double charge my card, but the food sucked (binned). Chicken was hours old and chips were so high in salt they couldn't be eaten. Avoid this place at all cost as there is no way to get a customer service agent to do the right thing and refund one of the 2 charges they made (1 without consent)

As good as it gets. Chicken could get slightly bigger and sides serving can get bigger too, but overall, not a bad experience for a semi fast food place. Staff were friendly.

We ordered on the app like the table stated. People came in after and were served quicker at the counter. Then our order came out 30 mins later. We ordered alcohol which never came. Then were told they wine was out of stock and we were not able to go to the refund from the restaurant it was a link we had to go on and get credit. This place is a bloody joke

As another review had the same complaint, I ordered wine with my table order, eventually I went to the counter to get our drinks awhile after the food came out. I was told they didn't have ANY wine (not just the one I ordered) I was offered a beer, when I declined because I don't drink beer and asked for a refund I was told We don't do refunds" I went round and round

To be honest, this is real Nando’s restaurant.I had great experience there in such places like this one I don’t care about the service as long as the food is good and the food was really good.They just need to take care of the floors as there were slippery floors and oily floors.Other than that the food exceed my expectations.

This store is always so difficult to order chicken thigh, chicken thigh taste good but taste so bad on chicken breast, when we asking for thigh they always give the other which is chicken breastIt is very annoying.This is my last time to buy from this shop.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Chaotic staff running around like headless chickens. Tables were dirty and getting cleaned 30 minutes after the customer had left.The food was just warm to be edible. 3/10. Halfway through the meal, I saw that the person behind the counter was eating chips while making food, which is totally unacceptable and a health violation.Our order came in, and they gave us wrong things and forgot half of the dishes. The sides came almost towards the end of our meal, which was quite annoying.Worst nandos possibly in Sydney area.

Last time we go to this Nando’s.Brought out our chips and tenderloins. Then it was probably another 30min wait for our classic wrap and supremo burger to come out. Multiple people who ordered after us were served their meals. I had to go up and remind the staff. They’d clearly forgotten as I heard them pass the order onto the kitchen.There was food left on almost all the other tables that hadn’t been cleaned up. Finally and definitely not least, we saw what seemed to be a rat running across vents near the ceiling. Was pretty clear to see. Deffo won’t be eating here again. Such a shame as there aren’t many Nando’s stores in Sydney.
