Disappointed with the customer service and the non existent communication. As a customer placing an order from overseas, the only communication I received was ‘Your order is being processed’. I sent text messages with no reply, I called the business numbers to no answer. Finally 3 hours later, the phone was answered, however the lady was quite abrupt, informing me the flowers had been made up but could not provide an indication of the time for delivery other than 2-7pm.Better communication/customer service would change this experience completely and I’d possibly consider reordering as the flowers were lovely, very similar to the image on the website.

Anyone who wants to purchase a lasting bunch of flowers please do not make the mistake I made and purchase from Flour and Bloom! I paid a very high price for flowers only to receive them and they were already showing signs of wilting and leaves had been eaten by bugs. Not even 12 hrs after having them and the roses are completely dead! Extremely disappointed!

Not only does this place do amazing flowers, their customer service is top tier. There was a mistake with the delivery and the flowers I ordered didn’t get where they needed to be, however when I called and explained, the lady (Lauren?) on the phone was so helpful and got back to me straight away. She personally went out of her way on a Saturday to go and deliver the flowers herself. Was so grateful.

I’ve been a long time fan girl of Flour and Bloom’s Camp Hill store so I knew their new store would be great, but I wasn’t expecting this.If you cross heaven and a florist - this is what you’d get.Such big, bright, fragrant blooms sitting in a visually pleasing store, sold by the friendliest faces. This is a must visit!

The flowers in this store is simply out of this world! Beautiful varieties of exotic blooms and by far the best flower arrangers in Brisbane. Treated myself to a bouquet of roses and orchids for my own birthday. Worth every cent.

So happy I found this place! I constantly order flowers from other places that are slightly cheaper but everytime when friends send me the photos of the flowers I’m left disappointed because it always looks really small and not very nice.Flour and Bloom flowers are huge and really impressed me!!!! They are beautiful and I love that is free delivery.Wouldn’t order from anywhere else now..

Flowers arrived dead already. This is after 2 days.Put them in water as soon as they got delivered but they were not fresh to begin with. Will not buy from this place again.

We ordered some flowers from Flour & Bloom for the very first time recently, and we couldn’t have been happier with the bunch of flowers we purchased!We specifically ordered these flowers for Mother’s Day, and bought the ‘Berry Bountiful’ bouquet for $129. These flowers also came with free shipping which was an added bonus!The flowers we received were super fresh, beautiful, and there was such a great variety of blooms and greenery. We were also very impressed at how large this bouquet of flowers was, and thought it was great value at the price we bought it for!We will definitely be ordering from Flour & Bloom again, and highly recommend them!

Not another standard florist!!Love the Flour and Bloom space, the lovely knowledgeable staff and all of the little knick knacks they stock!Flowers aren’t something everyone needs but this place sure makes you feel that way!One of my favourite stores, always helpfulDried flowers make the best gift for that friend or family member who struggles to keep anything green alive!Quality, well priced and my home is much prettier and happier for discovering this local gem!

I have had many bouquets from Flour and Bloom. They have always been lovely to deal with and listened to what I was after. Delivered, pre-ordered pick-ups, and walk-ins they have provided a great service and gorgeous blooms every time. One of the best florists I have come across.
