Amart Furniture Mandurah

Bought a kids bed here recently (Camper bus type bunk bed), quite costly… Construction/manufacturing of the bed was quite bad, fairly difficult and time consuming to assemble and structure was a couple off mms out when assembled… Also alot of scratches marks etc on the bed when unboxed… For a bunk bed the lats are made of unsuitable wood which could crack and break quite easily… I’m guessing the mark up on the price of these beds is quite large, they are of really bad quality… I’ll definitely not be shopping here again

9 days to get a mattress from wharehouse. Perth to Midland.. never again

Bought a lounge suite ,3 pieces ,1 recliner ,1 two seater and 1 3 seater all electric recliners . Bought wirh confidence as the 3 units all came with 10 year warranty. Advance 2 years ,stitching starts to come apart on the recliner ,contact Amart who arange acontracter to check damage .He states not worth repairing as needs the seat section completely replacing and he will advise Amart of the problem. Three months later still nothing done no repairs no advise of repaired date just many waisted calls trying g to get an answer only to be told in the last call it should be do e MAYBE this year before Xmas. That will make it 12 months if it happens at all Amart doesn't k ow what customer service is .Once they have your money good luck if you need warranty work .Lost any future business from myself and family.

Well appointed store. Had a store representative help us out in different areas.Worth a visit if youre in the market for furniture.

Couldn't find what we have been looking for and what we found has been too dear compared to other businesses.Also the delivery fee is higher than somewhere else.We found what we were looking for at Furniture Basar, cheeper and very sturdy with a lower delivery fee. So overall we are very happy with what we purchased and how we got our furniture delivered.

We went into the store and purchased a lounge on the 6th Feb 2023, we were told it would be here on the 27th feb and delivered to us within days.For us to ring last week to be told that that date was only an estimated date and now Our lounge won’t be here until later in March.We were never told it was estimated when we handed over the money and made the purchase, and were only told when we would have it for, which has now changed to be a month later. We would have rathered known this when we handed over the money instead for us to follow up on the 27th of Feb would the Mandurah store to be told different.

Absolutely never ever again!! How many times can a company possibly mess something up!! And it's still not sorted. Making our lives so much harder and wasting so much of our time.

Looking for a 3 seater lounge with a chaise on the left as I look at it. Am being a bit specific as am aged so require it to be not too low to the ground and a high back. I will keep looking. Staff were helpful and not too pushy. Which is a good thing.
