Rang up for some assistance on second hand mowers, given I would most likely be back one day. Simple - I won't be. This business needs to work harder at improving its customer service.

Honest service and practical advice. I got ripped off by another mower shop who took my money and didn’t even fix the problem. Doug was honest and transparent throughout and now it runs like it should. Highly recommended.

Terrible service and the younger of the two blokes behind the counter could do with a few lessons in people skills. Took my petrol saw to get serviced, they installed a new belt, after the first 4m of cutting the belt snapped, so i brought it back in and they said it had to be from miss use of it, which it wasnt but they wouldnt take any responsibility for incorrect installation or anything and still had to pay again for a new belt. When you pay $270 for a service it should work when you get it back for more than 5 minutes.Will never bring anything there again!!

Not Impressed. Dropped in to pick up a couple of parts for a female friend who doesn't like dealing with service staff. Turned out neither did I, the younger bloke should just avoid contact with the public.

Exceptional customer service, exceptional knowledge about everything lawn mowers & prices are very reasonable.One of the few places I found that was prepared to repair vs. talking you into a new unit.Always happy to help, even if its a $5 part.
