Normally I love 711 stores but not this one. I went in there this morning and the lady behind counter was rude and moody. Barely even acknowledged me look annoyed I was even in the store, handled the product I was buying aggressively. Seriously if you don’t want to be in customer service leave like I left the store never to go back.

This morning a lovely beautiful woman named Sonali was so helpful, I didn't know which pump I was at because I left my glasses in the car and couldn't see, but she was so attentive she knew where I was parked, she even helped me with discount, lovely woman

This is the worst 7 eleven I have ever been to...They do the worst customer service.....The lady in the counter named Sonali is very rude, arrogant, no greetings, makes mistakes and insults customers....she does a lot of mistake.....she charged me money for a free offer I got in the 7 eleven app....when I corrected her by saying it is a free offer...she responded aggressively and humiliated me in front of other customers...Pathetic customer service....Please dont go to this 7 eleven unless you don't have a choice....horrible....

Rip off fuel station. Nozzle wasn't working and showed up with an error at the start, had to put it back and start again to get the fuel flowing. Operator at the til reckons I filled up twice and wanted to charge me $60 (2x $30) for a $30 bill. Would not believe me that his broken terminal had an error and wouldn't let me out of the store until I've paid the extra $30. $60 worth of fuel would've filled 1 1/4 of my tank, which it definitely did not. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE STATION!

I often go to 7-eleven stores, an average of two visits per week, this is the worst 7-eleven store I’ve ever been to, this is my first time visit this store and also the last time. Bad customer service, no greetings and no manners, rude and inpatient, made mistake and blame the customer.
