Elite Acupressure Massage
I tried to use a gift certificate (granted, it was only within 3 days of expiry because I didn't realise it was only valid for 4 months so it is my fault) but the only way to book was via text, which they ignored until I had sent 3 and they wouldn't accept the voucher, which is well within their rights if they are booked out, however, very poor customer service. Disappointed.

I used Groupon to go to the shop, and wasn't impressed with their service. I gave them a very low rating and a short feedback, which was mainly about the fact that they didn't take the calls and reply the message. From other reviews, you can tell that they are difficult to get in contact as a massage business. I couldn't believe that they wrote me back a very rude message via Groupon. Here is the message to the business owner, If you are not ready to take customer's feedback and improve your service, then don't ask for it!!!!!!! Let's wait and see how long will you run this business with this kind of attitude.

No good service at all! once you pay they are in hurryEven they not doing their job in right way if u ask for it legs, shoulder ,or neck they can’t speak English they do what they like and says yes for anything you ask I don’t really like it

They were not very honest stuff, they just wanna take your money, and after that they will not give u the massgse u ask for, and when u ask then to foucs on ur feet or back they never listen.. i was not happy and i felt we wasted our money even my partner he was really disappointed.. we will never come back again.. they are not honest with the service they offering..

Great massage! I had a masseur called James and he knew what he was doing. He’s obviously had some training as he was finding points on my body and then applying adequate pressure to release the tightness in those points.

This place feels like a spam, would recommend that you avoid. Old Asian lady very pushy. The first place I’ve ever visited in Australia that charges 3 dollars surcharge if you wanna pay by card. Ridiculous

Coming from Sydney, this place was awesome. The service was top notch. Had the deep oil pressure for 1 hour. Very relaxing, got all the knots out. Would highly recommend anyone to try. I will be back!!! Thank you so much

Elite Acupressure Massage
The owner is so experienced and knows what she's doing. She knew where and how to touch the nerves and made me feel so much better. She went on cracking my back and massaging my shoulders even after the session I paid was finished. Both ladies were really nice and fun to talk to. I'll see them next week for another session.
