Jackie from Brows by Jaxx is very professional.She is amazing as she talks through all the steps with you.Jackie gave me an option re thickness of eyebrows even after she outlined my brows.She also gives you a care package and instructs you on aftercare.Gloves and masks are worn through the procedure.Her clinic is very sterile and absolutely gorgeous.
