Rod and Thomas have been excellent over the last year I've been going there. Very knowledge and have gone above and beyond to help get the pool sorted and educate me along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Carol is a true wealth of knowledge when it comes to pools. Proper old school customer service which we now all miss. Was single handedly running the store today with no other staff. Thanks again and look forward to coming in again soon.

Took my haywood pool cleaner there it was not moving... they replaced the bearings....still not moving...they then sold me new feet....still not moving....very frustrating...So I took it to gosnells pool shop...it took them 30 seconds to fix it with no charge..Seems like kelmscott pool shop had not tighten the bearings...maybe it didn't even need new bearings...Would not recommend them ..

No prices on products and the guy at the counter was really patronising. I only went here to support a small business but I will just go to Bunnings in future.

Thomas and Rod are very knowledgeable and helpful. The other middle aged female employee is a disgrace to the business. Obnoxious and rude.

Amazing service! Rod was so helpful and friendly. We actually live the other side of Perth, closer to Gingin and Rod was able to order our pool cleaner and organise pick up for us all in the one day! Thank you so much. We will highly recommend swim-smart Kelmscott to anyone we know with pools.
