Very disappointed of late because I’ve now had 5 lots of meat which I’ve brought home and have found to be off, but for which I have paid a premium price.This used to be a good butcher but now I notice that any meat smothered in sauce must be past its best before date and needs to be sold. Not shopping here again despite being a very long time customer.

Fantastic service and great quality meat. It makes such a difference when you can walk into a store where people remember your face, they share their knowledge on how to cook the meat you’re buying, and the meat is all top quality meat! I’m a customer for life now and it’s the best butcher in the hills.

Delighted to have found Anthony”s Gourmet meats in Dural.We had been looking in the window at the tasty looking kebabs for a few shopping trips, so we bit the bullet and walked in. Nothing short of amazing! Our first taste try was the chicken yakitori sticks and Texas kebabs. Both cooked perfectly and easily on the bbq. If you try nothing else try the Yakitori. Taste sensation!Next shop we tried a beef brisket (for the smoker) the lamb and rosemary kebabs and an array of specialty snags. Divine! Quality sausages with such tasty flavors.The shop is really well laid out and there is loads of meats ready to go for those who have a meat smoker. Conveniently located at the entrance to the shopping mall with plenty of parking.Good to see this shop is still adhering to safe check ins.It is hard to find a quality butcher with exceptional friendly service, yet we finally found it at Anthony’s. When we only needed a half brisket, it was not sn issue. The meat was cut to our need and then cryovac’d to keep it fresh for when we were ready to cook it. That is going the extra mile!

Last week I purchased 4 Pork Chops at Anthony's Gourmet Meats. I asked the Butcher serving me if the Port was infused. He said Yes it is. I asked him if it was infused with Brine, as I have to stay away from Salt as much as possible. He said no, it is passionfruit Juice??!! After checking this information, I found out that is injected with water, sodium and potassium. The information provided by this Butcher is clearly incorrect and misleading. Infused Pork is not a healthy Choice when you need to keep your Salt levels low. Very disappointed and obviously very misleading.

Super friendly, super helpful and super efficient staff and service. Cowra lamb - the best and your range of sausages are super. Your team and good service reminds me of how nice a retail experience has the potential to be. Also, how it used to be when care for customer was more important than profit or the sales assistant's facebook update which seems to be a major trend in retail these days. Your customer care is a bench mark for small businesses in the 21 st century, keep it up :)

Super friendly staff, always willing to help and answer questions. Was buying a bigger brisket and they were more than happy to accommodate and cut it to a size i wanted. Thank you guys.

An absolute gem of a local butcher. The staff are very friendly and can answer your questions about the ingredients and cuts of meat. Their kebabs are divine and their sausages are excellent (the beef, bacon and maple syrup sausages are incredible). They are fairly priced for good quality meat and you can call ahead and order their flavours of sausages in any style you want eg thick or thin. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking nearby and wheelchair accessible.
