The biggest shame about the postal system is the recent change to a five o'clock closure when it used to be 5.30 in many centres, especially as these days, there are more and more parcels which need to be collected. Its difficult to race across town after leaving work early on a mission to get there and its those days, you get all the red lights, only to hear the door slamming because you are two minutes after 5.00. Furthermore, choosing to have parcels redirected only makes double work for the postal offices involved, plus the delivery drivers. The items remain longer in the postal system too before the transaction can be completed. The post office staff are worked off their feet which means that longer opening hours and more staff to share the load during those hours is necessary. Until then, I will have to make other arrangements for my mail. Things are just getting harder, not easier. Quite disappointing!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with, what appears to be a majority feeling; notably, that customer service does not appear to be a priority at this outlet. I, myself, refuse to enter the establishment now and prefer to have others collect items on my behalf. The store, itself, is inadequate in terms of space based on the amount of trade. No-one should have to line up in the general shopping centre corridor to be served and this appears to the norm rather than the exception. I think it is time that Australia Post reviewed its arrangements with both the licensee and the shopping centre.

Saturday at 8.30am for passport renewal. No customers in the shop. They refused after asking how many to be done (3 renewals), despite the fact the Aust. Post website comfirming they do renewals and no appointments necessary. Terrible service with lots of excuses.

Wouldn’t accept/service my adult passport renewal (already lodged online - just had to submit and charge me $) stating that all passport applications require and appointment - even though this goes against their website information. Basically she didn’t feel like it because they were busy.

Quite a busy little post office. Often a line. Like most Aust Post owned stores, the staff are slow and drag their feet. Though this doesn't move the line quickly, the staff feel it improves their day, just not yours. I find franchise post offices move at a brisk pace as they want your money. The service is general friendly, and if you do bulk mailing they will spend the time with you to sign up your business to their location. I wish passport photos could be handled in a different way, as with slow staff it creates a long wait for them to get back to the counter. In general they are friendly and will spend time answering your questions, if you have any. I just wish there was a more efficient way to scan in parcels I have labelled at home.

Nicest and happiest bunch of staff. They know so many customers by name and it feels good to be in there when they are serving and laughing with customers ( while I was filing out details on envelope)

Incredibly rude staff! Attended to do passport renewal, which takes 10 minutes. All documentation and photos ready. Hardly any customers in store and was rudely told to make an appointment and attend only Monday to Friday. AS PER AUSTRALIA POST WEBSITE it states NO appointment is necessary for passport renewals! This was also confirmed on the phone to them during the week!! Not everyone can attend during business hours due to work and other commitments. The staff were so rude I can’t fathom. Will never be back here.

The absolute slowest counter staff in history. Every time I go there are line-ups out of the door and staff still want to have full conversations with every person.Usually it's good customer service, engaging with customers, but not at the expense of waiting in line for 40 minutes! to get through ten people in front of you....

I wish I could give 0. Dianne an older miserable lady was so rude, condescending, dismissive and had no respect. My parcel was not left at my home and taken to this place. This Parcel didn't require signature. I didn't hear anyone knocking or any doorbell. This lady Dianne probably has mental illness. Whole Austpost is a joke. You are earning millions and Christine Holgate is giving away expensive watches to executives but no one can teach your staff basic communication skills. The parcel was supposed to be left at the property. Why your team is so inept? You are just miserable bunch of people who earn billions but not deliver. Train your staff
