Melbourne Children's Psychology Clinic (Hampton)

Don't waste your time or money. No feedback or professional input in my daughter's behaviour..They just wanted sessions to be booked in. I received a phone call to pay my account which they were saying I cancelled 2 sessions under their 24 hour rule which wasn't the case.This was the second call regarding my account. While on the phone they informed me that the psychologist was leaving the clinic. I was never informed from the psychologist and with further recommendations. Nothing.Ithen emailed the psycologoist for some feedback on my daughter's behaviour and she wouldn't give me any. So here I am paying for all these sessions and not getting any feedback in suggestions or her assessment. What a complete waste of time but more so money when I couldn't afford it to begin with.

Hampton clinicMelbourne Children's Psychology serviceThe Hampton clinic is a warm, fun and safe place to take my son for therapy. I have found the staff and psychologists to be sensitive, and connecting. My son was nervous and unsure about seeing a psychologist. However, from the first session and now months on he happily attends all the sessions with his psychologist. Both his teachers and myself have noticed a huge improvement in his behaviours at school and at home. We happily, keep coming back as the results are outstanding.

I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The psychologist we saw was extremely professional and excellent at their job. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you
