Worst shipment service ever!!!!Worst company ever!They have too much delay, irresponsible!Zero star!My parcel was 2 days on shipment frim Germany to Melbourne, but they hold it 6 days in Melbourne for nothing !

Terrible service. I was waiting at home whole day to receive parcel but it didn’t come. At 7:42pm I got text saying “attempted to deliver without success”Ridiculous.

The Useless Parcel Service" or UPS as they're supposed to be. I ordered some Sunglasses online from the states and payed EXTRA to have them safely sent UPS to ensure a quick and safe delivery. UPS then delivered to COMPLETELY the WRONG address! When i followed up they acknowledged such and i never heard from them again. Only after me contacting the wrong addressee was I able to get my glasses. UPS did not care one little bit and I find it appalling. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If there was a MINUS button for reviews i would use it to excess."

If I could select zero star, I will. They rang our door bell and and I went downstairs immediately but there was no one downstairs. I waited (and searched) for 10 minutes downstairs and didn't see any deliveries around - and my husband was at home at the same time but no one rang the door bell again either. Then they changed my parcel status to Customer was not available on 1st attempt" - total lie!!"
