Brett and Daniel from sales amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The actual team who constructed the pool, from earthworks to concrete to pavers and cleaner/handover AMAZING! All helpfully and showed up when they said they would, left the area clean and tidy! Amazing bunch of guys to deal with.Unfortunately the construction admin side was terrible, would not reply to emails, could not supply documents for bank when requested or supplied half and not all of them. And to finish it off after multiple emails to have temp fencing picked up we get an email a day before they want us to start paying to contact the hire company. Luckily they would be in our area the next day to pick up but again just showed how terrible the communication was with the construction coordinator. And to see same construction coordinator leaving positive reviews just makes me laugh!Overall we are happy with the pool and construction, just wish the admin team made the whole experience better so could leave a higher rating.

We had our new pool supplied and installed by The Fibreglass Pool Company North Brisbane and couldn't be happier. Brad and Chris have been very professional and achieved a great outcome. Very happy to recommend the North Brisbane team.

Our experience with The Fibreglass Pool Company was sensational and completely stress free. Chris who oversaw our project was absolutely amazing. He treated our home with the same level of care and respect I imagine he would treat his own - and this alone was invaluable. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Chris was always on time and even attended the site after hours to make sure everything was going to plan. We are so happy with our pool and Chris is now officially our favourite tradie.

The Fibreglass Pool Company - North Brisbane5 Stars for Brad and his team. I had a simple and relatively stress free experience throughout my new pool build. Start to handover took about 6 weeks which was pretty good considering the 2 weeks of almost non-stop rain we had in May 22. The team made sure the pool was backfilled before it got too wet and even worked a public holiday to ensure It was ready for concrete. We definitely had some issues to deal with but Brad is hands on was very responsive whenever I called. The tradies were also courteous, neat and tidy. Handover was a breeze and I am delighted with the finished product, even if it is a bit cold to swim now :)TFPC supplied and installed the Hampton pool (very nice), along with tiling and all the equipment including a Sunlover Heat pump which is also great for extending the season.Can't wait for summer now

Tradies are awesome! But there is a complete lack of communication and organisation from the pool company. My pool installation is still not complete and we are in week 5 now. They will not answer phone calls or emails, we have no idea when it will be finished. Do not use this company if you want a stress free installation

Do not use the Southside team!!!Our dig date was delayed 4-5 times. When they eventually did start they dug the deep end and left the site. The dig took forever and they took no care at all. Once it was time to install the pool the hole was too small to they just craned the pool in place and left. The install team were appalled at how bad the dig was and arranged for the pool to be craned back out. They then left it on the side of the road around the corner from our house overnight. No council approval at all for this!So then the hole was dug out more and the pool went back in. It was then filled with the worse excuse for water I have ever seen. Plumbing had to be re done as it was done badly. Concreting was booked for a Monday and no one turned up until Friday! We took countless days off to look after our dog and be onsite for issues only to have no one turn up.The office have zero communication skills and the Sales guy washed his hands of the whole thing. We haven't even heard from the owner although he has been cc'd into emails. Once you have paid, they simply dont care. There is no customer service at all. Our pool handover has just finally taken place however the heat pump is still not installed. They have damaged our fence and left storm water pipes exposed. The temp fence hire has ended and they have left us to pay for the extra hire although all the delays were their fault. We have had to put off the fence installer and landscapers time and time again.Meanwhile, 2 friends who have used the Northside business have had a dream run.

Highly recommend!The process started on a Tuesday and we were swimming on Saturday! It was such a quick and professional install. Trades were coming one after another which was amazing. I think we were more excited than the kids!The whole team have been incredible to deal with- including all the tradesmen. We are glad we didn't go through anyone else!Communication has been fantastic and everyone has been happy to answer any questions we have had along the way. We have been wanting a pool for years. We are stoked to finally have one. I have been reccomending thus company to everyone I know who is wanting a pool installed in the near future!

Had my pool installed 2 years ago, and am still over the moon with it.The whole installation process went smoothly, in spite of the guys hitting sandstone less than 1m down, they persevered and made it happen. The pool looks great, and nothing has failed in the time I've had it.

Brett and the team where great to deal with from start to finish. Super happy. Kids happy and most importantly the wife is happy. Recommend you anytime.

I wanted to give zero stars but I needed to give one to list what I didn’t like about the business.We have had the worst experience of our lives with this company. A year after they came into our lives we are left with a backyard that has been destroyed, and a giant fibreglass pool shell sitting next to the the pool area it should be installed in.We had a full investigation completed that determined they had not met Australian Standards with their installation of under pool drainage. They showed limited awareness of the Australian Standards requirements for the drainage. Unfortunately because they weren’t directed to fix their installation issues they have wiped their hands of the matter and walked away. They have completely refused to acknowledge the issues found with the installation and refused to engage in conversations to rectify the issue.I wish I had never met Brett or his staff. I am truly worried that others will have to deal with them. Through this experience I have met several other people who have had issues with pool installations and experienced similar aggressiveness and subsequent ignorance. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and working with an alternate pool installer.
