Thanks Diana at GPO mawson. Went above and beyond, helping me lodge some documents.

Waiting in the queue - a lady in front of me was asking a female staff if her items was allowed to be sent. The female staff spoke to her in a condescending manner. That Staff then asked her colleague next to her for an opinion. The Colleague comes over then goes back to her own customer, gossiping about that lady to her customer. They both had their say while the poor lady could hear she was being talked about. The staff gossiping didn’t seem to care that people could hear as if it’s just a natural occurrence.

These people intentionally throwing our documents in the bin just for fun. They did this to my original document,despite of calling Auspost requesting to return my item back to my address they throw it on the bin and now they are pretending as if it is lost.Wow!! what a service Hats off for having fun with my document and wasting my time and money.

For those parcels cannot leave at the door, it could be super painful. My roommate is waiting in the kithen where is just the front door to. She did not hear the postman's knocking. And, my window is facing the front yard. I saw postman come and when I went downstairs to get may parcel, only the blue piece of paper there..... and the post office shut down during the weekend......

I have been going to Mawson Post for more than 20 years, and I’ve never experienced a moment of disappointment. Women and men attending are polite, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and responsible.

I've been visiting for years as my PO Box is there. I was told today I couldn't collect my package because my name isn't on the PO Box (it's a company box which I am a director of?). They then told me the error needed to be rectified asap. I asked why is this now an issue years later and they said it should have been rectified years ago and blamed 'casual staff' or 'older staff' for letting it go unnoticed for so many years. They then stated they are 'doing me a favour' by allowing me to collect my package this time. When I asked if I could fix online so I don't need to take time out of my already hectic schedule they said no and that my HUSBAND needed to sign some form and bring it back. Highly sexist, totally unacceptable and completely wrong on every level. They didn't even admit it was an error on their side. Maybe take some blame, Aus Post and learn to apologise for a 'significant error' (your words quoted from today).

i don’t post reviews but the workers here know absolutely nothing about what they’re saying and spread misinformation and incorrect procedures. almost lost my package due to it!

Ok, I just came here to say that this post office has incorrect hours listed on Google Maps which is super annoying for someone who left their job an hour early for it to be already closed. Ridiculous, unprofessional, we definitely deserve better from a Government organisation especially during a pandemic. I'm writing this after arriving and have already seen multiple people come past disappointed in minutes.This is probably a two star offence, but I come here to see all these fake reviews? Again on a government organisation. I have never had particularly good customer service and this post office moves the slowest of anything I have ever seen so no way it could have such a high rating.Saying that, the lady that ended up serving me was quite nice but I stand by my first two points.

Worst ever post office experience in the country. Even after having appointment for passport application we were turned away due to long que and parcels coming in!!! Ridiculous!!!Do not understand the need for an appointment if you are turned away to serve the walk in`s!!The male staff was willing to process the appointment but one of the female staff was so impatient and advised him not to proceed.
