Alan was wonderful help. Our fridge had not been working for 5 days. As soon as he tested it it worked (typical) He helped us out with a new cord for ‘just in case’ as he didn’t want us to be stranded with a dodgy fridge whilst travelling. Thanks again Alan.

Went to look for 2 toggle latchs 87mm adjustable since they did not had enough stock the time I bought the previous 4.It was in August 2021.I was helped and said that they had a problems with the warehouse transporting the items.I went home to get the original package and went back I was then helped by someone else after the first guy told that guy that I will be back.The problem that I had was not the item but the way I was helped at the counter.with in 25 min going home and back to rtm the guy that helped me already forgot and was not really interested to helping me

Called in today, looking for a change up in fuel water filters for the boat as I had a bad fuel load recently that gave me some issues. I quickly realised that I needed the fuel water filter with the clear base on the bottom of the filter. Fortunately, it was a very easy $50 fix using the existing filter setup. The staff at the store could not have been more helpful, and after a few minutes helping I had the necessary parts to ensure the complete protection of my very expensive outboard motor with a direct sight to the fuel quality being delivered.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the Browns Plains store. Staff could not be more helpful, have dealt with Tim every time we have been in store and his customer service is awesome. 100% would use RTM for all of our boating and camping needs. Could not be happier with this store.

I have been setting up my camping off grid equipment and work van dc set up by purchasing from here. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I have no complaints. I by all my electrical connections and plumbing hose from here also.
