Really impressive service from start to finish.Having recently started using our new pool, we reflected on how happy we have been with the entire Premier Pools experience. From initial quotes throughout the dig and build process it has been seamless.Particular credit should go to Dylan, job supervisor, for whom nothing was ever a problem throughout the job. Dylan was consistently helpful and courteous and, crucially, diligently followed up on all commitments and kept a close interest as the job proceeded.As part of a broader, larger build project, Dylan and Premier Pools were an unparalleled standout for service and professionalism. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier to anyone considering a pool build. Price wise they were mid range; not the cheapest, not the dearest. They were certainly worth the difference!Many thanks to Premier for the teams' support through what I'm sure can usually be a stressful experience!

I couldn't be happier with our experience using Premier Pools. Our pool was an unorthodox shape, in an awkward position with limited access to the site, but right from the design and concept stage their expertise shone through as no problem was insurmountable. Our construction manager, Trent, was fantastic - he listened to any concerns we had and also communicated regularly and clearly throughout the process. He also went over and above to ensure that our pool was the best it could be in every detail and we love the finished product. Thank you Premier!

The team at Premier Pools were amazing! We had a challenging brief due to narrow access and limited space in Rozelle.They came up with awesome solutions and were responsive and helpful from start to finish.Trent who oversaw the build was a legend, helpful knowledgeable and lovely to work with. Every supplier they used or recommended was first class.They took all the stress out of the project despite challenges of wet weather.We’re delighted with the pool and it’s exceeded our expectations.If you’re considering a pool you really must talk to these guys. Really happy with Premier Pools. Very smooth very quick build of our pool which was finished on 1 December 2016. Really happy with timeframe despite hitting rock at 50cm!!!. Great communication - our construction supervisor Dylan was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he kept us in the loop the whole time on what was happening and when. Would have no problem recommending. Thanks Premier!

I am not in your client list doesn't mean my family member is not in the list. Surely it's the premier pools way: denial and excuses. Why other pool builders can finish their jobs on time? I contacted premiere pool before my house finished construction but they still took 6 months to finished my pool. The pool construction is extremely slow. They always had some excuses: material, plumber, covid etc. They claimed that only two weeks needed to finish the pool after the house construction finishes when I signed the contract with them. The site manager James never responded to my call. For God's sake please stay away from premiere pool.

The Premier Pools staff and all the trades involved in our pool build were second to none. From design to hand over, we couldn't be happier with the service and result! Nothing was too much to ask and everyone went above and beyond to build us the pool of our dreams! I would highly recommend them. If your looking for a company to build your pool, this is our one!!!

Premier just finished building our pool, and we're very happy with how it all turned out. Our project manager Trent was amazing, and all the contractors who worked on the pool (excavation, formwork, fencing, plumbing, electrical, etc) were excellent too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We used Premier for our pool and spa – absolutely would recommend them. Honest, reliable, polite, knowledgeable and best of all – the pool and spa is even better than what I was dreaming about for all these years. Absolutely thrilled!
