Fisher Lane Mobility

As a Customer of almost 3 years I can happily recommend Fisher Lane. I have been Hiring a piece of equipment from them. The Admin Staff are really nice & easy to deal with & responsive to your needs. The Tech/Service Support Team have always been super helpful when I've run into equipment problems & they do their best to work around your availability.

Thanks go to Jack for his great work in specially adapting a wheelchair for my profoundly disabled sister in law, to enable her to go on outings again. His friendly and helpful manner, in addition to his respectful and kind treatment of her was so impressive, not to mention the work on the wheelchair.

Needed a handset for eletric recliner. Rang several companies with little assistance. But Nicholas of Fisher Lane produced the goods and communicated with me several times to update his findings, great customer service thanks Nicholas.

Really fantastic experience! After waiting a month for a range of ‘out of stock’ items - one visit to Fischer Lane in Richmond and all items in the boot of my car within an hour!! That’s not all - the friendly professional knowledge and help was amazing from everyone - it made me realise there are still so many people who really care.

Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered a spare part for my dad's wheelchair and the staff member, Kalahari went above and beyond to provide this. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone who acted promptly and also organised for this part to be delivered to me so fast I was pleasantly surprised. My mother is a nursing home resident. She is 91 suffering from dementia but still ambient aware and happy . However recently her physical abilities have deteriorated. She needed immediate help. I was fortunate to have heard of Fisher Lane mobility in Abbotsford Melbourne. I was even more fortunate to meet Kalahan Bradley. His product knowledge and expertise was impressive. As a result my mother has a new walker that has given her amazing mobility and freedom . She will also have an amazing new recliner delivered in the next few days . The material is space age easily cleaned and moisture/bacteria proof. At the touch of a button she can relax as she wishes and the chair will remember and provide her favourite position every time she sits in it. It’s most amazing feature is that at the touch of a button it will raise my mother very carefully to a standing position to simply walk out to her waiting walker. This is life changing for her. I am auditing all other mobility issues she is facing. I know that Kalahan and Fisher Lane mobility will have the solution.Without question I recommend them unequivocally. My mother is very precious. Kalahan and Fisher Lane understand that. I trust my mother’s mobility to them. That is an enormous responsibility. One that I am completely comfortable with. Thank you so much.

I have been to a few mobility aid services and Fisher Lane has been the best in service and options.The staff are wonderful, and there is a genuine sense of wanting to assist. The hire prices are surprisingly affordable.We have used Fisher Lane for our mum, with repair of her walker, and hiring of a light weight wheelchair.Very grateful.

Fisher Lane Mobility have provided outstanding service to a friend. Jack was so helpful and provided excellent service in scripting a tilt in space wheelchair which is now allowing Pa to participate in groups and social settings in his aged care facility and family to take him out safely into his local area.
