I won't waste my time with these rip off merchants again. They sold me a part that was incorrectly advertised as for my bike at $40 inc post. I rang up to sort it out and had to buy another part that was nearly twice the price at $65 without post, and not in stock so I had a 40 minute round trip to pick up from one of their suppliers. Then when I returned the part they refunded me minus the postage at $32. I'm not sure but I would say what they did is probably illegal for a start, it's only a small amount but they expect the customer to pay if they messed up the order. I sent them several emails and they haven't responded. In total my bike was out of action for 2 weeks while they messed around too.

Bought a battery online from these guys, they had fitting information for make and model but it was the wrong fitment. After they agreed to pay my return postage and I went to the trouble of everything and reposting it back, they later refused to pay my postage. And to top it off they were rude about it. Absolute Sham, do not do business with these people.

Had what I needed and the service was OK. I'll definitely shop here again.

Rip off deceiving adds selling 1 set of brakes pads with only half the required amount to do the job very unprofessional

Only reason this is 3 stars is because of the help from the sales assistant on our last visit. Previous visits were met with being told to shop online, as it appeared that dealing with customers was too much work or too difficult for the salesman.

Don't waste your time. called for a price on a rebuilt kit. several phone calls and 4 days latter and they haven't bothered pricing it up.

On our way from WA to Tasmania. Stopped in for some chain lube and some bits and pieces. Friendly staff and excellent service.
