I requested two items to be dry cleaned (2 x expensive coats). One had some marks on it. The lady who picked the item up said they probably would not be able to remove the marks and I explained that this was fine and for then to just dry clean it / do their best.The ended up applying harsh chemicals to the item and significantly damaged the fabric and the item had changed colour completely (cream to yellow). The coat was now damaged beyond saving. I explained to the company personnel I was very disappointed and that the cost was very expensive. They took no responsibility and said as per then T&C’s that this was my risk and they would not be able to offer any compensation or recourse and that the coat was “old” anyway. Terrible service and failure to take any responsibility or offer any compensation. Sadly I have now lost the ability to use my wooden coat.

Love this delivery service. Quick turnaround time and a great price. I will definitely be using this laundry service again.

Very convenient service. The laundry was picked up from my home and delivered it back dry cleaned and pressed.Love the pink van too. It's electric, so zero-emission pick up and delivery.Very cool!
