I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and bond clean by Melbourne Central Cleaning. Sara was extremely friendly and helpful with booking in a bond clean and was able to provide me with excellent customer service and advice. I have in the past experienced bond cleans when moving out that are not up to standard, therefore I was pleasantly amazed to see the incredible cleaning on my apartment. Everything was cleaned perfectly and thoroughly in an exceptionally impressive time frame. I could not recommend this company more, and I will be using their services every time I require to. Cannot recommend Sara and her team highly enough. Cesar and Carolina and Marianne did a wonderful job cleaning a very large house, with lots of cupboards. They arrived on time, were very friendly and extremely professional. On completion, they even had before and after photos to show me. Highly recommend MCC.

Sara helped save the day when I moved into a property and found that the carpets needed a deep clean before the furniture arrived, which put me in a bit of a tight spot. Fortunately, Sara was able to arrange a service the following morning, giving the carpets enough time to dry beforehand. Her technician (whose name shamefully escapes me) was punctual and provided a comprehensive explanation of the work he would do and carried it out efficiently and with all due care. I'll definitely give Sara and Melbourne Central Cleaning a call next time I need any cleaning done, the service provided was excellent.

I was delighted with the fast response to my original enquiry, as well as the professional and tidy steam carpet clean in my apartment for my end of lease requirements. They were also understanding of the specific parking, entry and exit needs for my apartment building (very strict!).Sara and the team were friendly and professional to work with, and I would easily recommend them.
