I bought a pair of KEF LS50 wireless. (Paid quite a bit less than other vendors). After couple of month and the 2nd speaker stopped working. I rang Chi and told him the issue. Without any delay, Chi came to my house and picked up the speaker for repairing. while the speaker was diagnosed by the repairer, Chi kept me updated about the progress. It turned out that the issue was caused by power surge and not a product defect. But EFA still covered the repair cost as gesture of good will. They not only fixed the original issue, but also did a comprehensive test for a couple of days to make sure there's no other issues. I'm really happy with EFA's service, especially the honesty and patient that Chi shows when he helped me to solve the issue. Highly recommend EFA if you want to buy some quality audio equipment!
