I bought a product from the store as gift to my girlfriend and it wasn’t the right one, it was my mistake and I had to exchange to right product and the customer service was 10/10 I highly recommend their products, they are beautiful jewelry plus Chloe was very professional and efficient to help me to exchange the product. I am very happy with the product and with the customer service.

I ordered the Pearl Mini Hoops for a friends 30th birthday present & they are gorgeous, great quality. I’m sure I’ll be buying myself a pair also. Postage was so quick all the way to Kalbarri in WA.

I can’t get over the quality of this jewellery! Superb quality for such an affordable price. I wear my bracelet in the shower and go to my hot Pilates with it and it doesn’t tarnish. Can’t wait to buy some more beautiful and timeless pieces from Porter!

I have 3 pieces from porter and love their jewellery, super chic and simple, yet makes a statement! I just got the Huggie gold hoops and want to buy a small pair for my seconds. I have been to the shop in Bondi and loved the whole range!

Expensive jewellery that will break after a few months or even immediately. Do most purchase from Porter, I have brought 2 items from this company and both have been damaged and faulty upon buying, one immediately after it arrived and one a few months later. The customer service team is appalling in rectifying the situation and would not take any fault on their behalf for a faulty product. I have purchased many of things from this business and still have no appreciation for that loyalty. The fact that they are only ‘a small family company’ does not excuse the fact that they wont provide a refund on broken item.

Great quality. No tarnishing, I have had rings from Porter for over 6 months now and they never turned green/silver, still look amazing.

Disappointing customer service if you have a faulty product and want them to rectify the situation. I purchased their double angel Huggies online and after a week, the earrings became faulty. I emailed their CS to seek a replacement and they were very unhelpful and made me pay for postage to send back the faulty claiming that the earrings were fine when it was sent so it’s not their fault that the earrings became faulty after only a week of wearing them because they are of a delicate nature. There is nothing on their website stating the earrings are of a delicate nature and how low quality are their earrings if they become faulty after only a week of wearing them?? Delicate or not.Will not be repurchasing ever again from them. Future buyers be aware that if your product is faulty after it is sent out they take no responsibility for it. CS stopped responding. Have reported to ACCC for not reimbursing product not fit for purpose.

My online deliveries are super quick, beautifully and carefully packaged and the addition of a handwritten 'thank you' note really adds that special touch to it all.I really want to thank the team at Porter jewellery for making my online (and in-store) shopping such a positive experience.

Exceptional customer service! I got a couple of earrings from Porter Bondi a while back and they were absolutely gorgeous. The sales assistant was really helpful and patient with me the whole time. I had to get a pair fixed recently and they were really quick to respond and repaired my earrings as well as clean them for me. Super friendly and prompt communication all around, looking forward to going back. Thanks so much to Romy and the team for a great experience xx
