I recently had the pleasure of working with Taylor Binns from Wildman Solar. The experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I spoke with Taylor over the phone, his dedication to providing top-notch customer service and the best solution was evident.Taylor's approach was refreshingly customer-centric. He was very comfortable to talk to, right off the bat. His knowledge and expertise in the solar industry were impressive, and he freely provided me with comprehensive information and guidance without the guarantee of a sale. He never criticised the competition (unlike other companies I engaged for quotes) and in fact, gave credit where credit was due to Wildman Solar's competition. That showed me the confidences he had in Wildman Solar's service.Throughout the entire process, Taylor ensured that I felt confident and informed addressing any questions or uncertainties I had. His professionalism and responsiveness were exemplary, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free.On the day of the installation, Taylor and his team demonstrated utmost care and skill. The entire process was impeccably executed. Not only did they complete the installation fast and efficiently, but they also left my property spotless; as if they were never here. It was a testament to their commitment to providing a white-glove experience. The only negative I can think of is, I wish I was asked about the location of the Enphase board installation.Wildman Solar tried to do the leg work with upgrading our meter, but our provider required my involvement in the process. I appreciate the effort though.The performance of our system has been great. Our total spend since install would have been $659.67 but instead, it is $289.42 (56% reduction in our bill). The Enphase interface into the system (both phone app and desktop web) is very good, giving both a great high level and detailed view.I can strongly recommend Taylor Binns and Wildman Solar for their outstanding service. Taylor's dedication, expertise, and genuine care make him a true professional in his field. The team at Wildman Solar are the best! From the first phone call, the quotes to the installation of our Enphase system - Zech, Josh and their team were amazing. They worked so hard to install the system on our terracotta tiles (I didn't realise how sharp the b*ggers could be) and were so polite. It is the best feeling knowing that we are now reducing our reliance on fossil fuels and already getting a return on our investment. We 20 out of 10 recommend Wildman Solar!

The guys turned up on time, were organised and nothing was a problem. We had a solar system fitted that has been working and performing better than expected with our quarterly bill in credit (even with all the rain and cloudy days we have had). The quality of the work is exceptional. With an engineering back ground I read installation manuals and industry best practices, due to the numerous horror stories of solar fitters. These guys were spot on to industry standards and best practices, no short cuts, a job that will last and only using solar components that have delivered as advertised.The guys also did some other electrical work around the house, again on time and nothing was a problem. The quality of work is spot on with our hanging lights equal length and spaced apart.I can not recommend these guys enough, if you want an honest quote, on time tradies who do spot on work, these are your guys.

You know when solar installers are serious when 2 of them (Zech and Taylor) turn up to do a site inspection.And inspect it they did... thoroughly and professionally. From confirming the layout of the panels, to location of inverter and battery, and options for hiding AC or DC cabling from view.It became glaringly obvious while talking to them that they are experts in everything solar: panels, inverters, batteries, brands and models, and the pros and cons of string arrays, optimisers, and micro-inverters.And they had the patience to explain all options to me in simple terms.If you're considering a new, upgraded, or replacement solar installation, I highly recommend putting Wildman on your shortlist.

Our water heater gone busted and what a horrible experience when it happened in winter. Josh turned up promptly observing cover 19 health protocols, safety first. In these days work should be done quickly and less interaction, well, I am impressed with his knowledge, confidence and performance. He knew the water heating issue without delay and resolved the problem in due time. What is important, it didn't take so long and we enjoyed our hot water system again, notedly, he has astounding experience of the job. He left the work area clean and tidy . I am absolutely satisfied and I won't hesitate to recommend this trustworthy company

Right from the get go, Taylor was very happy to answer any question i had for him. He had also called me on a Friday afternoon, and as i was heading to work, asked him if he would be able to give me a call on Saturday morning to organise a quote. He said that it wouldn't be a problem and called me at 10am Saturday.The quote he gave me was very competitive and we decided to go with Wildman. This was the best decision we could have made as other installers continually rubbished each other trying to scare me into going with them. Taylor never once asked me what other quotes I got or tried to rubbish other installers who had given me a quote. Taylor just focused on what they could offer and put my mind at ease with any question that I had for him.As tradesmen, Taylor, Zech, and Josh are some of the best tradesmen that I've ever had to deal with. Polite and super respectful not to damage anything on my property and of course fantastic installers. The job they did was flawless. When I look at other houses in my street and the dodgy jobs other installers have done compared to mine, it puts my mind at ease that this was money well spent. Things like rails cut to perfection and the inverter installed without running wires down conduit but instead internally routed down my wall to the inverter.I will most certainly be using Wildman for any electrical job I need around the house as they are truly legendary sparkys and cannot recommend them enough. I would like to thank Taylor and his entire team, who ensured that the process to install Solar was smooth from start to finish.They were able to answer and satisfy all my questions before I made a decision while being super friendly, courteous and not at all pushy.Installation went ahead as planned. Taylor's team were punctual, polite, professional and very tidy with their work.Grid connection all sorted on their end with no problems experienced.I would not hesitate to recommend Wildman Solar for anyone wanting to get their first Solar System installed.

An excellent example of a family run business. The guys from Wildman Solar installed a 10KW solar system. From start to finish the service second to none. Our roof was challenging for Solar but this did not phase these guys. The Wildman Crew arrived on time installed our system in one day with incredible care and safety being followed and some Sydney weather in the mix.I would be more than happy to recommend these guys in the future. Great Job!!!
