Older lady at service desk was quite rude didn’t take time to understand what I wanted passed to another worker and was able to explain and got what I needed. Definitely needs to work on her customer service

Came to this shop (and might never return).The lady that helped me ended up finding their last bottle and because they had use it she just handed it to me. As in, she gave it to me. No hesitation, no thinking of it. She just said: have it". I offered to pay. Even if a smaller amount. No

If I could give less than 1 star, I definitely would.Disgusting customer service.Absolutely appalled by the way a staff member was speaking to and about a customer.Called someone with a mental disability a “retard” amongst other revolting slurs because he asked what was deemed as a “dumb” question.Definitely never bringing my business here again, no respect and completely rude.

Pulled over at the side of the highway to have my caravan gas bottles refilled. Owners were great, just a really kind husband and wife team that don't mind a bit of banter.They were happy to offer advice too and chat about things in the local area. Definitely worth a visit here to support the locals instead of driving 30km to Bunnings.
