Great company to deal with - all friendly, professional staff.We called Prompt 5/1/2023 & they booked the job for 6/1/2023 (Electrical Safety Certificate for sale of house). Samuel was on time, professional & helpful explaining the inspection and subsequent rectification of issues to qualify for the certificate. Tidy work installing hard wired smoke detectors and replacing light switch and power outlet.

I had my hot water replaced with Prompt 2 years ago, and the service was 2nd to none, they run it the old fashion way, they look after their client before their pockets. Unfortunately the hot water is leaking and they are going to replace it on the weekend and deal with the warranty with the supplier during the following week, no one else would be bothered, but they understand the value of looking after people, they get my stamp of approval when friends and family are looking for electrical and plumbing works

Called on Friday and fixed my hot water system on following Monday. Adam is very nice and professional. They finished work within 1 hour and cleaned afterwards. I'm very happy about their service. Highly recommend.

Rang three times about two toilets to be fix was told the boys will get back to you for three days.on the fourth day rang another company to do the job. Have use you before but will never use again.

I called up 7 companies in Perth and this is the best company ever I had.Fast response, premium customer service and beautiful presentation, I can’t thank Kris enough!! Actually I declined his offer a couple times while he gave me constantly fantastic deal each time without stepping back and I ended up like receiving his offer even though I declined the other company at the last minutes.I really appreciate his patience and am surprised highly negotiation skill.Again thank you so much Kris and absolutely he is the best !!
