Winning First Homes - House & Land Packages

Received a call from this business, I informed them they had the wrong number and hung up. Would’ve thought they would appreciate that I was doing them a favour by not wasting their time as someone has obviously enquired and given the wrong number. I don’t even live in WA. Instead, I received a text message afterwards saying that I was rude. What sort of business runs like this? Totally unnecessary and not to mention, unprofessional, to personally SMS me afterwards.

From the moment I contacted Winning homes about building my first home, I was greeted by Luke with the upmost professionalism and understanding. From our first meeting he was so easy going and professional and any question I had he answered it and he worked with me on everything as I work away so he kept in contact through every process.I had Courtney through my finance and she was amazing I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and as soon as she had any news she kept me in the loop straight away it was amazing.I have heard of many horror stories from other people about building companies but Winning homes is the best company iv ever had the pleasure of dealing with and would 100% recommend them to anyone.In the future if I ever build again there is no doubt in my mind it will be with them again!

It's been an interesting experience dealing with Winning First homes! Specialist Chris was great to deal with. His honesty on a lot of things was the most important part of the journey so far! He also addressed a lot of concerns to put our minds at ease. We had a few bumpy parts to get to where we are at present. However Chris was very patient with all the issues that came up. Very professional.We had an awkward block, and Chris came up with a very accomodating design that was very pleasing to see! Some of the ideas we had, Chris would tell us in his honesty if it was a good idea or not, in terms of cost materials. Gave plenty options. We was assigned Courtney as our broker! We have dealt with terrible brokers in the past, but she was breeze of fresh air. She even helped during hours she didn't have to, really appreciate what she did for us!Anyone wanting to build with Winning First homes should do so in confidence!!! We have moved forward now with pre start. So this is our first part review.

Sadly my finance fell short of going ahead with Winning Homes but they have been very helpful as the builders next door and I also had a fantastic experience with their sales consultant. I will definitely think of them if I'm in a position to build again.

From my first contact with Chris Evans - Land & House Specialist, through to doing my finance with Courtney Salmon - Broker Specialist, nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure, everything thoroughly explained and any concerns listened to & eased by their utmost professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Winning Homes, especially Chris & Courtney!! If you want to have a beautiful home & deal with honest, professional people, Winning Homes is who you should build with!!

Winning First Homes was one of 6 different companies I investigated thoroughly before landing with them and based on the experiences of some friends and family members who had begun building within a similar timeframe I am unbelievably grateful that I chose to build with them! Despite hard times pandemics and delays out of their control everything was done courteously, proffessionally and with great deal of care. I had wonderfil liaisons with Lauren & Emma who helped me understand exactly where we were at and what I needed even helping me to navigate tricky documentation I am certain they did not have to help me with but did anyway!5 stars Fantastic Experience and i fully intend to build again with them!

Building with Winning Homes far exceeded my expectations for my first home building experience. From my initial dealings with Christopher Evans which were easy, convenient around my schedule with great communication, to my prestart with Lauren Neiman who is AMAZING, to all the building questions I had for Peter who never got annoyed with me :)My (very much longed for) home was built to a high standard to the promised timeline, follow up has been great and we are so happy.I highly recommend Winning First Homes, thanks team for making a beautiful home for my and my children.
